*SYLVANER : Light and refreshing.
It goes well with charcuterie, smoked meat, seafood, hot cheese courses like fondue or raclette.
*PINOT BLANC : Dry and supple wine, easy to drink. It goes very well with quiches, soufflés and salads.
*RIESLING : Racy, with a fantastic harmony between finesse and fruitiness, the balance of its body and its attractive vibrant character.
It will match fishes in sauce, white meats, oysters, escargots, goat cheeses and the Alsace choucroute.
*MUSCAT D’ALSACE : Its unique bouquet combined with a great lightness, make it very attractive.
It will compliment as an aperitif but also asparagus, smoked salmon and blinis, or “briochy”cakes.
*PINOT GRIS : Broad wine with a rare opulence, heady and expressing a smoky character of forest, very characteristic from the grape.
For white meats, salmon, risotto, veal blanquette, fish terrines or meat terrines, grilled meats, fish in sauce.
*GEWURZTRAMINER : Full wine, persistant, rich in fruitiness and spices.
Excellent with asian dishes, strong cheeses like Munster, Roquefort or Stilton, desserts with not too much sweetness, or as an aperitif.
*LE PINOT NOIR : The only red grape for red wine in Alsace.

*ROSE : Easy to drink, easy to match with food.

The grapes are very mature and allow use to elaborate wines with a fantastic aromatic finesse, elegant wines, original wines which are the signatures of our Domain.

The vineyards is located on the soft sloaps of the Bollenberg and benefit from an exceptional micro climate. This Sylvaner is vinified in a single 500 liters oak cask. The quality grapes make a powerful wine, with some nice oiliness, broad, with a touch of oak/vanilla notes.
This dry and complex wine will match well with sea scallops, shellfish, frogs legs, loabster, crab, fresh cheeses.
*PINOT NOIR CUVEE « P » :
This vineyard is on the Grand Cru Pfingstberg (P comes from Pfingstberg). The hillside is south east oriented and the soil is “marno-gréseux”, marl and sandstone. It is cultivated in terrasses on the steepest side of the Pfingstberg. After 18 months in oak cask, this wine reveals a beautiful structure and material and pretty tannins. Red fruits, cherries, griottes, spices and a touch of oak, well balanced. Drink with red meats, duck, lamb.
*PINOT GRIS CUVEE CESAR, GEWURZTRAMINER CUVEE ANNE MARIE :
Strict selection of our best vineyards which allows us to make these heady, fleshy, velvety and long-finish wines. These wines go perfectly with foie gras, strong cheeses, desserts or just as an aperitif.

*RIESLING GRAND CRU PFINGSTBERG :
The south east hillside has a “marno-gréseux” (marl & sandstone) type of soil which gives this Riesling some constitution and richness.
This gastronomy wine has a strong mineral identity, citrus aromas, white flowers, and will match your refined dishes like fishes in sauce, turbot, white meats, poultry, veal, escargots, shellfish, etc.
*GEWURZTRAMINER GRAND CRU PFINGSTBERG :
The wine reflects perfectly its terroir which makes wine of time. Rose petals, delicate spices, it has a touch of roundness but a beautiful balance. Ideal as an aperitif, for foie gras, exotic recipes, strong cheeses and biscuits.
*PINOT GRIS GRAND CRU SPIEGEL :
A regular sloap, an exposure facing the rising sun, good hydric qualities make this terroir specific for this Pinot Gris blossoming.
This broad and creamy wine has a unique elegance and will be appreciated for itself of as an aperitif.
Crémant is a bubbly wine produced following the “Méthode Traditionnelle”. It is 100% Chardonnay for our Crémant Blanc and 100% Pinot Noir for our Rosé.

Crémant is lovely as an aperitif, with seafood, dry biscuits, fruits salad. It is a wine for party.
They come from over ripe grapes with noble rot. SGN are sometimes selected berry by berry, by hand of course.
These nectars are very complex, intense, have so much rare finesse, they will be perfect for your foie gras, aperitif and strong cheeses.
